At Morin Music Studio we emphasize high-quality music education within a positive and nurturing environment.  Our students range from ages 0 in our Crescendo Kids programs through to Advanced studies, with our students pursuing a wide variety of musical goals.

Our highly-qualified faculty have professional designations in music, and we focus on creating partnerships between the teachers, students and their families to ensure each student is set up for success working towards their own individual goals.

Long term training in any musical instrument greatly develops self-discipline, perseverance, imagination and creativity, and cultivates a love and appreciation for music and the arts. These many life skills are acquired while also learning to better understand and enjoy the language of music.

Through effective teaching in structured programs, students are able to reach utmost enjoyment and confidence sharing their music, while also gaining poise and self-confidence through their experiences.

At Morin Music Studio, we emphasize high-quality music education in a positive and nurturing environment. We recognize that each student is unique, and believe that Every Child Can Succeed.

Whether learning to play an instrument just-for-fun, or with goals of working towards Conservatory examinations, private instruction allows lessons to be tailored to each student’s individual goals and interests. Our private program consists mainly of weekly private instruction, which is also supplemented by regular performance opportunities throughout the school year.

In-Home private instruction allows students to receive weekly lessons in the comfort of their own home. Students receiving in-home lessons have equal access to all aspects of our private programming, while working with highly-qualified and experienced instructors in their own home-learning environment.

Morin Music Studio offers a registered Suzuki Piano Program for young beginners as young as 3 years old. Originally developed by Japanese violinist, Shinichi Suzuki, it has established itself as one of the world’s leading early childhood methods in music training. Based on the same principles as language acquisition in young children, the method allows students to learn their instrument in a natural and direct way, while successfully laying the foundation for future classical training.

“My daughters have been students at Morin Music for the past year and we are absolutely thrilled with the experience. They both countdown to the day of their class each week and have so much fun there. My only regret is not starting them even earlier. The studio is bright, beautiful and welcoming and the instructors are playful, genuine, and effective at teaching the kids in a way that resonates with them. I look forward to having my girls continue to learn and develop their musical literacy. I would recommend Morin Music Studio to anyone looking for quality musical instruction”
